Submission Guideline

CaseLaw Review (CLR) welcomes submissions throughout the year. The Journal accepts articles and reviews of not more than 10,000 words including footnotes and appendices. Abstracts should not be more than 250 words in length. The Word count of the text and the footnotes on the manuscript is to be provided. Submissions must be in the English language only.

The manuscript should not contain any reference to the author’s personal or professional identity. Submissions are to be made on this website through our “Submit Now” portal.

Citation Format:

All manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc) or (.docx) format and must conform to the OSCOLA Referencing Style, available at the following links:

Review Process:

All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review by seasoned academics and practitioners, and the Editorial Review Board. CLR reserves the right to publish and not to publish any article without any reason. Authors may be required to amend their submitted works to align with the standards of the Journal and every submission will be subjected to a plagiarism check.
